Fontaine Modification is expanding one of its highest-volume and most-efficient truck modification centers. Work has begun on a 40,000 square-foot addition to the existing 27,000-square-foot facility in Laredo, Texas, that services trucks coming from Freightliner and Navistar plants in Mexico.

Fontaine Modification, North America’s most comprehensive provider of post-production truck services, is building a new Charlotte, N.C., corporate headquarters that will more than double its production and product development capabilities. The new facility, home to corporate offices as well as the company’s technical center for new product development and a modification center that serves the Freightliner Mt.
