Fontaine Modification is Electrifying Our Future, One Heavy Truck at a Time

Fontaine Modification’s extensive experience in post-production vehicle modification has positioned the company to play a significant role in electrifying vocational and over-the-road trucks. The company has handled alternative fuel upfits for many years and in recent years has served as an integrator and installer of electric drivetrains for several manufacturers. Over the last two and a half years, Fontaine has built over 300 units.

Fontaine can also help fleets go electric by replacing drivetrains in existing vehicles.

“We are starting to look at, especially with electrification, repowering. So, taking existing vehicles and turning them from gasoline or diesel power to be electric,” said Dave Brosky, vice president of sales and business development for Fontaine Modification Work & EV Solutions.
